Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to post orders within 48 hours. Most orders placed before 2pm will be posted the same day, but any orders placed on Sunday or Monday, when the shop is closed, will not be dispatched until after the shop reopens on Tuesday.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and in most cases will be delivered between 2 and 5 working days after shipping.

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

Delivery for all orders costs £3.95.

Ireland

Delivery for all orders is charged at a flat rate of £9.95.

Rest of the World

Certain items can be posted to other countries. For more information and delivery costs, please contact us at info@roberthgault.co.uk.

Click & Collect

We offer a free click and collect facility for all items. Certain large or breakable items cannot be posted and are only available for store pickup – the item description for these items will state 'Only available for Store Pickup', and you will be unable to select delivery during checkout. 

When placing your order select the store pickup option, we will contact you by email when the goods are available to collect. Please ensure that you have the confirmation email and ID with you upon collection.
